Being a celebrity involves looking good all the time for the public to look at. Always in the spotlight, a lot of celebrities have had nose jobs, Botox, and other plastic surgery and beauty enhancements. These things are necessary for the star so he/she always looks good. Being attractive is what makes them their money anyway, so they go to the trouble of trying to preserve their looks as long as possible.

Ashlee is definitely one hot and beautiful lady. But of course, nobody’s perfect. She has had rhinoplasty to reshape her nose and help in her breathing, as revealed by her father/manager Joe Simpson. She visits her plastic surgeon Dr. Raj Kanodia every month to have collagen filler injected into her face. A source close to the star said, “She is determined to stay looking as young as possible for as long as possible. The fillers get rid of any wrinkles, and keep her face looking young, taut and smooth.”

She has always been reluctant to talk or comment about her nose job. Although her father was the one who publicly said, against her wishes, that she had her nose fixed, she stayed untouched by all the things people have been saying against her. She said, “I don’t get bothered by people saying what they say. I’m a happy person and I’m happy with my looks. I’m not an insecure person.”

It’s alright Ashlee; we love your looks anyway. Do everything to stay as beautiful as you are. We don’t care if you plan to have your boobs filled with silicon. Uhm, actually we do, if its your breasts we’re talking about here, LOL.

And is she pregnant also? Ashlee has been photographed recently wearing what looks like an engagement ring. Ashlee and boyfriend Pete Wentz, Fall Out Boy’s bassist, are one of those inseparable celebrity couples. They are always seen together, all sweet and cuddly, in various social events. Pictures of the two have been sprouting up like mushrooms in many fan sites. They practically spend very moment together. So an engagement is possible right? The news that Ashlee may be pregnant is not so far-fetched too.

But Ashlee is quick to set the record straight on those pregnancy rumors saying, “No, I’m not pregnant.” in some interviews she granted.

She has also said that the supposed engagement ring is actually a promise ring given to her by Pete. She actually had the ring for quite a while now and it just means that Pete “…hasn’t asked my dad yet”, she explained.

But what do you make of the recent blog posted by Pete announcing the couple’s plans to make something that can’t be illegally downloaded. This announcement hinted at a baby on the way, don’t you think? The video message also showed Ashlee posing with a cushion stuffed under her shirt. Maybe the couple just wanted to have some fun, joking around for the benefit of their fans.
